Every morning, our master dim sum chefs craft hundreds of delicate wrappers by hand, folding crystal prawn dumplings and rolling steamed cheung fun with clockwork artistry.
In the evening, the restaurant comes alive with the aroma of roasted Peking ducks hanging in glass-fronted displays, live garoupa and mantis shrimp prepared to order with superior soy broth, and double-boiled imperial soups simmered for over eight hours.
